Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed between 24-48 business hours. During holiday season, due to extremely high volume, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders. If you need order processing in express way, we have this optional service, you may choose the service for the extra charge.

2. Shipping Information Verification
If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be processed between 24-72 business hours. For wire transfer, cashier check or money order payment orders, we will ship your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account. If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address and billing address is different, we may ask you to fill out an authorization form and send back to us. Your order may not be shipped until we receive your signed authorization.

3. Shipping Transit Time
Small items are shipping via UPS or FedEx and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Some orders may take longer. Large items are shipped via Truck Freight and may be delivered within 7-10 business days. Delivery time for some items may be longer. The total time to receive your order can be approximately 1-2 weeks or longer during busy times of the year. Order early if you have specific date requirement.
The below map shows the approximate transit time for most of the shipping carrier. Transit time will be vary by different shipping carrier and different location weather or road condition.

4. Delivery Tracking
After our shipping company picks up your order from our warehouses, we'll email you a tracking number so that you can track your product via the shipping company's website. The estimated delivery time will be 3-10 business days depends on your location. And our trucking company will always call you before the delivery, so that you will not miss any delivery. For all of the order, we all have the tracking number go with the shipment, so you may check the order staus on the shipping carrier's website the day after shipped. However, in case of damage or missing, we encourage you to purchase the insurance.

5. Shipping Damage:
We prepare safely packs and crates all items to assure customer items to arrive free of shipping damages. However, rarely customer receives an order with noticeable damage on the carton or merchandise, in this case, please tell the delivering carrier and have them note this on their freight bill. This will protect you if you have to make a claim. And also, please contact our trained and friendly customer service representatives to file a lost or shipping damage claim. To guarantee eligibility for any lost or shipping damage cost reimbursements, shipping insurance must be purchased at the time of initial order. Be sure to purchase shipping insurance to insure their investment. If customer’s vehicle was not insured, the trucking company may void any claims. Please be sure to inspect their package when it arrives. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt to be eligible for damage claim reimbursement. Damage claim must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Please save all original packaging material in case the shipping company exercises their right for inspection.

6. Most products will be put in a steel crate and shipped by trucking company to door directly. For merchandise less than 100lbs, it will be shipped by FedEx or others. For merchandise over 100lbs/box, it will be shipped by professional LTL trucking company (UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, SAIA Freight, Daylight Freight, R&L Freight, Roadrunner Freight etc.). Carrier driver will contact the customer to arrange deliver appointment with contact information provided.

7. The lift gate service is free of charge and we will try our best to ship order to your door. However, for some extremely large size vehicles, trucking companies' life gates are not big enough to unload them. You are responsible to have several people to help the truck driver to unload the vehicle or provide us with an authorized business address with loading dock or pick up at trucking company local terminal. In some rare areas, there may be an extra charge for home delivery of lift gate service. We will let you know if this applies to your order

8. Local Pickup
If you come to our warehouses to pick up this model locally. However, an extra $50 pick up fee may apply. Assembling and pre-testing services are offered at additional charges, please call 877-629-8001 for details.

9. For shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and overseas, please email us or call us for shipping fee quote. Free Shipping Discount is not apply to these locations.

10. If customer need order delivery in express way, we have delivery optional service, you may either choose the service or call shipping department for the extra shipping charge:

  • Guaranteed Delivery: extra $45.00, shipping guarantee arrival before some time
  • Express Delivery: extra $99.00, ship out within 2 business days

11. Request Cancel After Order Ship Out
Customer can request cancel order only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. If customer insist to cancel the order after it has been shipped or refuse the package, customer will be charged for RETURN shipping and 20% Restocking Fee.
