Shipping Policy
1, All orders are processed between 24-48 business hours. During holiday season, due to extremely high volume, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders.
2, If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address has been verified, it will be shipped between 24-72 business hours. For wire transfer, Cashier Check or Money Order Payment orders, we will ship your order on the day the fund is cleared into our account.
3, After our shipping company picks up your order from our warehouses, we'll email you a tracking number so that you can track your product via the shipping company's website. The estimated delivery time will be 3-10 business days depends on your location..
4, If you place your order by credit card and your shipping address and billing address is different, we may ask you to fill out an authorization form and send back to us. Your order may not be shipped until we receive your signed authorization.
5, For merchandise over 100lbs/box, it will be shipped by professional LTL trucking company. For merchandise less than 100lbs, it will be shipped by FedEx.
6, The lift gate service is free of charge and we will try our best to ship your order to your door. However, for some extremely large size motorcycles, trucking companies' life gates are not big enough to unload those vehicles. You are responsible to have several people to help the truck driver to unload the vehicle or provide us with an authorized business address with loading dock or pick up at trucking company local terminal.
7, If you come to our warehouses to pick up this model locally. However, an extra $50 pick up fee may apply. Assembling and testing services are offered at additional charges, please call 469-955-8105 for details.
8, All products will be put in a steel crate and shipped by trucking company to door directly. Our trucking company will always call you before the delivery, so that you will not miss any delivery.
9, MotoSportsMax.com does not currently ship internationally; we now only deliver to locations within the United States.
Return Policy
If within 7 days of receiving your vehicle you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, give our customer service department a call and we may refund you your money or send you a replacement based our return policy agreement.
• Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense and you will be charged a 6% return fee. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
• Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.
• This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper maintenance.
• All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.
• If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you may not be eligible to return it for refund. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at our cost.
• In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
• Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days.
